There are many reasons that you can control that may lead to weight gain. I am just going to list them here and in the future I will Blog on all of them:
- Lack of sleep
- Stress
- Use of antidepressants
- Steroid use
- Many other drugs, ask your doctor or pharmacist (but not the PILL)
- Hypothyroidism
- Menopause
- Cushing Syndrome (excessive cortico-steroids produced by your body)
- Polycystic Ovary Disease
- Smoke cessation
